Thank you so much for your interest in our program. We are excited to announce that we are still accepting applications for the current school year 2024-2025 through March 10, 2024. We have openings in all grade levels at this time. We will start accepting applications on January 1, 2025 for the 2025-2026 school year. When classes reach capacity, waiting lists are created.

• Application Fees (per student) are due when the application is submitted.
  • $100 Pre-Kindergarten - Student must be age 4 by September 1st and fully toilet trained. No exceptions.
  • $150 Kindergarten - Student must be age 5 by September 1st and fully toilet trained. No exceptions.
  • $150 1st - 12th grade
• Registration Fees are $500 per student and are due upon Acceptance.

Admissions Process:

Step 1: Required Documentation - print the records authorization and submit to your current school - You may also upload any documents that you have to your online application.

• report cards (last two years)
• transcript (if applicable)
• discipline reports (if applicable)
• standardized test scores (if applicable)
• educational testing or records regarding accommodations (psycho-ed evaluation, IEP, 504B, etc.)
• birth certificate
• immunization records

*Weatherford Christian School can not honor an IEP/504, however we would like to review it to see if accomodations can be made.

Step 2: Schedule Incoming Assessment - All students entering Kindergarten through High School will complete an incoming assessment.

Step 3: Schedule Family Interview with Principal - This will be scheduled after all documentation has been received and the assessment has been completed.

2024/2025 Tuition Investment Schedule

Tuition Payment Plans

• Checking account or savings account transfer (ACH transfer) - no additional fees are added.
• Debit card or credit card - a small processing fee is added for using a debit or credit card.

• Annually (We offer a 5% discount for tuition that is paid in full on or before the July 1st annual deadline -- no exceptions.)
• Semester 
• Monthly 

• Multi-Child 5% discount off tuition for the second child and 10% discount for third and any additional children in a family.
• 10% discount off tuition for those that serve as First Responders (parent is Law Enforcement, Firefighter, or Emergency Medical Technician)
• 10% discount off tuition for those that serve in our Military (parent is active, retired, or veteran)
• 30% discount off tuition for those that serve as a Minister/Pastor (parent is full-time ministerial/pastoral church staff member). Office staff, custodial staff, other relatives, etc. are excluded.

1. The student moves a distance that would prohibit him/her from attending school.
2. The school determines that the student is unable to meet the demands of WCS by no fault of the student.
3. The student is unable to attend due to a prolonged illness, injury, or death.

If you qualify for one of the circumstances above, tuition will be refunded on a prorated basis. Registration fees and special activity fees will not be refunded. 

If your student is dismissed/expelled from our school, you will be responsible for the remaining account balance. Tuition is not prorated. 

Any outstanding balance that is not collected in a timely manner may be sent to collection agencies.

What to Expect for Re-Enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year?

• To be eligible for re-enrollment, your account must be in good standing (meaning all delinquent balances must be paid).
• On February 1st, your FACTS account will be charged the discounted registration fee of $250 per student. Payment is due by February 28th (no exceptions).
• Once you pay the registration fee, your student is enrolled for the upcoming school year.
• If you have a sibling to register, please log into your Family Portal and select application from the menu on the left. Also, please notify tracy.garvin@wcslions.org so the application fee can be waived and the registration fee can be discounted.

What if I intend to withdraw my students for the upcoming school year?

• If you intend to withdraw, please email tracy.garvin@wcslions.org and let me know your reason for leaving. At this time, your student will be removed from the roster.
• If your plans change, we will do our best to welcome you back into our community, providing that space is available in the class, and a new agreement is signed.
• Registration fees after February 29th are $500 per student (no exception)

Incidental Fees

Fees outside of tuition are referred to as Incidental Fees. Those fees depend on your child's involvement in field trips, fine arts, athletics, child care, other academic activities including PSAT, SAT, and graduation expenses. There are minimal athletic fees per sport that is due before the first game is played. There is a Student Cap of $700. See below.
